No more cancer!
This has been a wonderful week. On Monday, Tiffany got the results of her PET scan. NO CANCER! Someone said it was better than winning the lottery. Oh how true. She has to be scanned every three months, but for now…we’ll enjoy the peace and joy of this wonderful test.
Through all of this she’s been a rock. I never once saw her cry. She didn’t speak negatively, nor did we.
But underneath the bravado, I knew she must be worrying.
She’s a manic worrier.
Always has been.
She didn’t let me see it. On the way home from the grocery store yesterday she told me she’d picked out music for her memorial service. My heart is in my throat as I write this. How difficult this must have been for her with three little ones to worry her even more.
Glory to God—this disaster is ebbing into our history. We have so much planned right now…Disneyland in March or April; Italy when Tiff gets her passports…hers and the kid’s passports; Ohio in the summer; another visit from my cousin Deb and Mike’s sister; a business opportunity and whatever else we can manage.
This weekend we’re doing an All Male Review with the Butterscotch Martini Girls. Neither Tiff or I have ever done this. Let the good times roll!

That is so awesome Brit, I’m so glad for you all. Pretty amazing what faith can do – may you and your family be richly blessed!
Thanks so much, Rita. So many people, all over the world let me know they were praying for us.
