About Brit...

Brit Blaise grew up with a deep and abiding love for books. She believes in dark and dangerous heroes; strong women who aren't afraid to think for themselves; head-over-heels love; fairy tale endings and that it's more fun to laugh than to cry, but doing both at the same time is best of all.

Master Storyteller

Brit Blaise is a master storyteller. The characters in Time Thieves jump off the pages and the storyline is both action packed and exciting. The love scenes are so hot you'll be challenged to catch your breath. I hope that this is the beginning of a wonderful new series because I would love to hear Peck's tale. Or Lawzard's. - Two Lips

Sort of. There are still a wealth of boxes in the Florida room and one of the rooms in the basement. But we’re in and not a crazy mess inside most of the rooms. It’s been almost a month since I’ve written a single word. I’ve already warned my husband I need to make up for lost time.

“Rachel is looking for her missing sister Helena and Ray Wilde is one of the last people known to have associated with her. Rachel is determined to find out what he knows which leaves her handcuffed and passed out after a frenzied lovemaking session in his horse trailer. She got no answers however. Ray reappears at the home of Helena’s ex-fiancé and Rachel is sure that he has the answers that she seeks. Ray is hiding something, but not the answers that Rachel is looking for. Rachel is about to find out more about herself and Ray than she ever expected.

Rachel and Ray are very appealing and sexy characters. Ray’s shapeshifter compound is full of interesting people, including the Wayne family. I would have liked to know a little more about Firebirds, but the exciting story line did not allow for this. The plot is a rollercoaster ride full of twists and turns with an opening for Gardner to come back as a villain in another story. I liked the mix of shapeshifters, not just the usual wolves, but hawks, rats and firebirds among other creatures. The author has a very descriptive way of telling a story and the reader will have no problem putting herself in the tale.”

“Rachel Benson is determined to discover the truth behind her sister’s disappearance. Her search leads her to a sexy cowboy who appears to have a penchant for bondage if the manacles in his horse-trailer are anything to go by. While Rachel’s never indulged in a one-night stand before, she’s willing to do whatever she has to in order to get some answers. She quickly senses that Ray isn’t a violent man and more than likely has no idea what happened to her sister.

Ray’s lived several centuries without having a woman ‘call to him’ the way Rachel does. His inner beast desires nothing more then to claim her while the man in him knows that doing so will bring complications into his life. Ray is a shifter and while the manacles in his horse-trailer are actually there in case he shifts while out on the rodeo circuit, he’s never used them on a woman - until now. Rachel in bondage is too much for either his human side or his wolf side to resist.

After indulging in their carnal desires, Ray unchains Rachel just before she collapses into a faint. She never saw his furrier persona coming out and he disappeared before she awoke. He couldn’t risk being seen in his wolf form. The following day, Ray pays a visit to Gardner Wright for what he thought was going to be a personal visit but soon realizes that Gardner has arranged a dinner party. Ray’s on the verge of walking out when he realizes that Rachel is one of the guests. That she’s sitting at Gardner’s table doesn’t bode well for any of them and Ray’s determined to find out what sort of game he’s playing with all of them.

Gardner knows about Ray and the other clans living at his wildlife sanctuary near Verde Valley. The simple fact that Gardner had connections to two women who’ve mysteriously gone missing tells Ray that he’s somehow involved. Ray’s determined to uncover the truth and rectify justice for the missing women but first he has to figure out how Rachel plays into whatever is going on. It’s obvious that she has no idea of the lies she’s been told all her life. Will they be able to find the truth together? Is there any chance Rachel could find love in the arms of her cowboy shape shifter?

Brit Blaise’s WILD COWBOY DOMINATION captivated me from the very first page. The sex between Ray and Rachel is smoldering and full of emotional appeal. I really loved the the scenes where the various shifters reveal their alternate forms and Rachel learns about how she’s been deceived by her ‘family.’ There’s no shortage of heart pounding interactions that will keep you guessing and eagerly reading to find out what will happen next.
