I know, but what can I do? I bought the “will-be-wonderful-one-day Victorian and need to get it fixed before I can put it on the market or rent it out. And yes, dearest Lahoma, we were way too cool!

OMG Brit, those are almost the same goals that I have. Except the last one, lol.
