My enemy or friend?
Moments.
They are both dear and unappreciated.
Seconds.
They slip through my fingers.
Minutes.
I’m beginning to panic.
Hours.
Where have they gone?
Days.
How many remain?
Years.
I can’t think so far ahead.
The pull of the past stops me from living today.
